Vajrapani

Vajrapani (Sanskrit: वज्रपाणि, “Thunderbolt Holder”; Tibetan: ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ, Chana Dorje) represents the concentrated power and resolute energy of awakened awareness meeting inner obstacles.

The wrathful form is not aimed outward at enemies. As a method, it points that force inward, at the fear that silences you and the pride that makes you attack, turning anger into conscious strength.

Sources

The term is rooted in the canonical sutras and traditional commentaries of Mahayana and Tibetan Buddhism, where it is treated as a contemplative method for training the mind rather than an object of belief.
