Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha
Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha (Sanskrit: ॐ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे स्वाहा; Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ) is the core mantra of Tara, recited to steady the mind against fear, anxiety and inner obstacles.
Its three movements are traditionally read as liberation from immediate fear, from deeper anxiety, and from the subtler grip of unease: the same progression the Tara method trains in action.
Sources
The term is rooted in the canonical sutras and traditional commentaries of Mahayana and Tibetan Buddhism, where it is treated as a contemplative method for training the mind rather than an object of belief.
